All our products are 'Made to Order" which means when you place your order we then print your garment for you. We aim to provide you with your item in the quickest turnaround time possible but please understand there will be a delay due to the product being individualised to your specification.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing on our website is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and excludes shipping costs. We accept payment by credit card (Master card or Visa) via our Paypal account or bank deposit.

Return Policy 

We endeavour to make sure all our items are of the highest quality. Once you have ordered the product from us we have it custom printed and therefore have a 'no return' policy on our items unless product is faulty on delivery.

Faulty Items 

If for some reason you receive a faulty item please email us at jana@georgehenryclothing.com and we will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund once we have received the returned item. You must notify us of your intentions to return the item and we should receive it within seven days. The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you may be unsure of what size to purchase. Please contact us if you have any measurement questions at jana@georgehenryclothing.com as once you have ordered the product from us we have it printed and therefore have a 'no exchange' policy on these items.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally we will offer the opportunity to purchase our products prior to them arriving at GH Clothing. Payment for pre-orders are taken at the time of ordering – where multiple items are purchased in one order (including items in-stock and pre-order) only one delivery fee (if applicable) will be charged and items in-stock will be dispatched immediately.

The expected dispatch date will be displayed on our site for any product available on pre-order, we endeavor to make this date as accurate as possible but do rely on the efficiency of third-parties (such as NZ customs). If you do place a pre-order we will keep you informed of any changes in the expected dispatch date, in the event that delivery is delayed you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.

Shipping

We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost during transit. We will however do all we can to help you trace your package.

Please note that if you do order monogrammed items, it can take up to 2 weeks to processing before your item is shipped as these items are all custom made. 

If you do need something urgent please contact us and we will try our best to get it out to you as quick as possible.

All personal information that you may share with us including your name, address and email will be held in confidence. We do not share information under any circumstances.
